Hawk messenger

The hawk spirit animal has shown up three times over the last two weeks. He bares a message reminding me that I am caught up into too many details, and to step back to gain a greater perspective on the situation. I have read about his meaning, but I am not sure whether I actually followed it’s meaning. I might be alert, but have I eliminated as many distractions as possible? I don’t think I have. At least not at the time this post was written. By now there has been a refocus on what is truly important, of what I want achieve and where I see myself in the future.

Hawk urges to observe and study the situation, making a quick, decisive decision and to jump into action when the time is right. He reminds me to pay close attention to my surroundings as an important message is on the way to me. He also tells me to be aware of personal and physical attacks and to be prepared to defend myself. I am aware and I already know of a few, but I’m not sure that I feel the need to defend myself. We will never be perfect in everyone’s eyes and to try to be is perhaps a waste of my energy.

Furthermore hawk is saying to stop trying to change others or the situation, and work instead on accepting things as they are. This is the time to take the lead and not wait for someone else to do it. You’ll feel the presence of spirit even more powerfully and in many different ways. Keep your focus steady despite the twists and turns that you have to negotiate. Don’t get stuck on your agenda, as the present situation calls for flexibility and grace and requires you to heed the direction of spirit for everything to work out. If you can visualize what you want, you can obtain it. Seek variety and purity in whatever you ingest, physically, mentally, or spiritually.

We are the co-creators of our life and the time is now. More than ever are we needed to support Mother Earth and each other. Together we discover and explore our unique gifts in times of strengths, in times we lean on each other, and in times when we learn from each other. This blog started as an outlet and what I ultimately called my “Warriors Journey.” It was a way to document the ups and downs of my life, sharing my hardships as well as my successes. It showcased the struggles, but more important the ways of how to overcome them. Although we are warriors each and every day, I realized that having to be a warrior, comes from a place of pain. I decided to rename this blog, and “Phoenix Rising” now stands for the story of overcoming such a painful place. My motivation for this blog hasn’t changed and I hope to share inspiration and hope, to create a sense of belonging, a space of being heard, and connecting with like minded beings who instill a sense of oneness. We are never alone, and we are unstoppable in the pursuit of what sets our soul on fire. Who I am in a nutshell...
I am an energy healer and Reiki Master. I am surviving a chronic disease that I’ve sent into remission three times since my initial bout, 15 years ago. I continuously challenge the status quo and by doing so I change my stars. I am a believer that anything is possible. I am a hopeless romantic and I believe that true love exists on various levels. I am an optimist that will always see the glass as half full. I am a dreamer, believing in endless possibilities. Not even the sky is the limit. I have jumped off of the hamster wheel, and I am writing a new chapter. I am chasing my Nirvana to support my most authentic self. This is my story, I am that Phoenix and I am rising from the ashes. Namaste 🙏🏼💙🦋

  1. Hi! The hawks visit me, too. Only when I need them. Somehow, they always know when. It’s always when I’m conflicted, and once I see the hawk, I figure out the answer. They bring clarity.
    Hope you are well:)

    1. Hi Jami. How nice to hear from you. I hope you are well and I need to catch up to see what’s been going on in your world. Life gets so busy but I truly appreciate you stopping by and our contact remains despite of it.
I feel the same about the hawk message. I had a tough day the other day and hawk appeared twice. I just nodded and had my answer as well.
Much love to you and read you soon. 🤗

      1. I have rarely been on here. Just so much going on in other areas of my life this year. But, I’ve been missing the handful of connections I’ve made on here and you were one of them:)
