Horse spirit animal

I met the horse spirit animal last night while riding the bike. It brought a message to comfort me, but I was too blind with hurt to see it. It wasn’t until this morning that I realized this, and understood what the encounter was telling me. I’d say it was fitting and I’m glad I can smile about it again.

When the horse spirit animal comes galloping into your life, it carries a very important message. You need to take stock of your life and see where you have been spending your energies on, and whether you have been giving your personal freedom or power away.

It signals time to evaluate which aspects of your life allow people to treat you harshly or domineeringly. You should think about whether you are putting the needs and demands of others before yours.

The horse symbolism in your life is simply telling you that no one can take away your power from you. You will only become powerless and weak if you allow it.

I’m planning on staying strong….

We are the co-creators of our life and the time is now. More than ever are we needed to support Mother Earth and each other. Together we discover and explore our unique gifts in times of strengths, in times we lean on each other, and in times when we learn from each other. This blog started as an outlet and what I ultimately called my “Warriors Journey.” It was a way to document the ups and downs of my life, sharing my hardships as well as my successes. It showcased the struggles, but more important the ways of how to overcome them. Although we are warriors each and every day, I realized that having to be a warrior, comes from a place of pain. I decided to rename this blog, and “Phoenix Rising” now stands for the story of overcoming such a painful place. My motivation for this blog hasn’t changed and I hope to share inspiration and hope, to create a sense of belonging, a space of being heard, and connecting with like minded beings who instill a sense of oneness. We are never alone, and we are unstoppable in the pursuit of what sets our soul on fire. Who I am in a nutshell...
I am an energy healer and Reiki Master. I am surviving a chronic disease that I’ve sent into remission three times since my initial bout, 15 years ago. I continuously challenge the status quo and by doing so I change my stars. I am a believer that anything is possible. I am a hopeless romantic and I believe that true love exists on various levels. I am an optimist that will always see the glass as half full. I am a dreamer, believing in endless possibilities. Not even the sky is the limit. I have jumped off of the hamster wheel, and I am writing a new chapter. I am chasing my Nirvana to support my most authentic self. This is my story, I am that Phoenix and I am rising from the ashes. Namaste 🙏🏼💙🦋

  1. Well, well, been waiting for Horse to turn up for a while! You are spot on. Horse’s energy is all about purity, which includes authenticity, virtue and clarity, which I think just about sums you up as a person, Rhapsody. Horse is highly intuitive too. Oh, and gentle – look at those gorgeous faces in your photo and their gentle eyes, well the one on the left, the one of the right looks like she’s checking you out!
You and Horse seem to have a lot in common! Your message from Horse is wonderfully transformative and empowering, I hope, trust and know it will help you through. x

    1. I know you have and even so you told me, I still didn’t see it at first. I trust in the signs around me and the messages that have come my way. It’s been an incredible year for spirituality and deepening everything that I already know while learning new and wonderful things. Thank you my divine friend and sister.xo

Your words (above) say it all Rhapsody. Do not let your Mum break you… She has a lot of anger and hurts that she wants to pin on someone else as their fault (not hers). You need to hold up the mirror (figuratively) and help your Mum to see that her hurts haven’t come from you, that her walls need to come down. I’m sure this will result in tears flowing freely for you both, but it is the best way for your Mum to see through the veil of truth that she has hidden from for so long.
Be well, be kind, and be strong. Your inner beauty will shine!

    1. I know and it was what spoke to me the most. We had a slight episode today again. It was mom who lost control but tried to pin the aftermath onto me. It is not happening anymore, I won’t feel guilty or hurt for something I have no control or didn’t do.
She is learning right now and some experiences are tough for both of us. She has not reached acceptance, therefore she is not at peace yet.
Thank you for your support. Much appreciated and valued xo

  3. My horse often responds to how I am feeling and you helps me recognise what I am truly feeling – whether it be anxiety about something I thought I was fine with or anger towards something I thought I had forgiven. Horses will always know what you are feeling. Horses are healers as they say x

    1. I believe you are right and in my experiences it is also other animals who can pick up vibes and the emotions of others. I think it is very special and we can learn a great bit of we take the time to see and acknowledge. Hugs
