Moraine Lake

Revisiting another view of this truly stunning place and yes the color of the water is something else. It looks unreal and the famous turquoise color that attracts people from around the world comes about as more silt from glacial ice melt enters into the lakes. It was magical to say the least and besides it’s surreal waters, Canada definitely met my fix for amazing mountains in abundance and my love for seeing my favorite animal, the bears in the wild.

  1. Now this is so gorgeous- you’re right, surreal. 💗💗Like professionally photographed too!! But what drew me also is the name of the lake- one of my favorite characters in my wheel of time book series is named Moiraine! Pretty close spelling 😊
